Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven profitability management; strong financial and business acumen.
• Able to review and analyze business reports including P&L statements.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze P&L statements.
• Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, etc.
