Job summary

NAPA seeks a customer-focused associate to serve in our Kodiak store. You will help customers select automotive parts, use POS and inventory tools, and support daily store operations with a strong emphasis on service quality.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in automotive or retail is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow within the NAPA team.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to customers (retail and wholesale).
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Assist with inventory control: receiving, stocking, cycle counts and records.
• Support store operations, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming store environment.
