Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, process transactions, and support store management in daily tasks.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will also assist with returns, stock, planograms, and routine training to stay aligned with company programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items and the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and routine store tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training and company requirements are met.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
