Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Middleton, ID is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers and to support store management.

Greet customers, research parts, quote prices, process transactions, and assist with stock and planograms. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; ASE certification is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with servicing professional customers as needed.
• Process cash/credit transactions and returns per policy.
• Answer phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and daily operational tasks (stocking, planograms, imaging, etc.).
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, lighting) as trained and allowed by state laws.
• Occasionally drive to make deliveries when needed.
