Job summary

Bean Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Specialist to sell parts over the counter, by phone, or to shops. You will assist customers, quote prices, and ensure accuracy with estimates and body shop needs. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work in English and Spanish.

The candidate will pull stock, process back-orders, and coordinate with service advisers to deliver parts to bodies shops efficiently. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials.
• Answers phone calls with price quotes and information.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock and notifies updates to customers.
• Maintains records and processes parts for delivery or back-order.
