CS Ford Lincoln, LLC in College Station, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist who brings deep knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to help customers in person or by phone. You will locate parts in current inventory or source from vendors and arrange delivery and installation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience with automotive parts. You should possess excellent communication, customer service, organizational and computer skills, and a friendly, professional

• Monitors parts inventory and maintains storage area in good condition

Description

The Parts Specialist is extremely knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. He/she locates automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranges for delivery and installation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience with automotive parts and accessories. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions


• Maintains accurate sales documentation


• Provides timely and accurate reports as required
