Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist customers in person or by phone, locate parts, and process orders, deliveries, and installations. You will maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts knowledge, strong customer service and computer skills, and a professional demeanor. Prior dealership experience and Reynolds & Reynolds familiarity are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receipt and stocking of incoming items.
• Locate accessories or parts and arrange for installation.
• Monitor parts inventory and arrange for installation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
• Ensure safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership and follow all procedures.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Parts Counter Person is knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. They locate automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arrange delivery and installation. This position receives and stocks incoming parts, as well as performing warehouse housekeeping duties.

The ideal candidate has previous experience with automotive parts and accessories. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
