Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and the ability to source from multiple channels. It can be part-time or full-time, with safety certifications preferred.

The salesperson will handle customer visits and calls, deliver parts, manage inventory processes, and perform essential tasks to maintain cleanliness and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use the delivery board system and POS/parts lookup.
• Strong communication with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Assist with DIY services and basic installations (e.g., batteries, wipers).
• Maintain store product availability and inventory processes (stock, cycle counts, etc.).
• Keep the store clean and well-organized and support general stocking.
