The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and sourcing from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. Key duties include delivering excellent DIY customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing services such as battery and wiper installations while maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic math and reading of safety rules, parts catalogs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Hit personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory and store standards.
• Manage inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
