Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ and external suppliers.

The candidate will handle DIY services, maintain inventory, and help ensure a positive customer experience across in-store and phone interactions.

Qualifications

• Entry level sales position with knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts knowledge.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail or similar environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services such as battery and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
