Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives.

You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, perform basic automotive part knowledge tasks, and provide DIY services such as battery installations and wiper changes. This role can be part-time or full-time and requires familiarity with store systems and basic safety practices.

Formación

• user-friendly, 2-3 years of retail sales experience; strong customer service and communication; ability to operate store systems and basic automotive knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock
• Ensure store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, parking lot
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Use basic math for transactions and pricing
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals
