Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support our DIY business. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform basic automotive parts knowledge, and help maintain inventory and store standards.

The role offers both part-time and full-time possibilities, with safety certifications preferred. Responsibilities include delivering great customer experiences, meeting personal sales goals, and performing services like battery installs and wiper changes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
