Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and expert parts knowledge. The role covers the full scope of parts lookup, service support, and high-standard customer care in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include managing DIY services, assisting in inventory, and maintaining store standards while using store systems to source and price parts. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Perform key holder duties and store opening/closing responsibilities.
• Assist in inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Support store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
