Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a New Market Development Specialist to promote the Parts City Affiliate program, recruit new business, and drive growth in new markets. You will work with management to expand distribution, manage store changeovers, and represent the company in customer relations across regions.

The role requires travel 3–4 weeks per month and close collaboration with Real Estate, DC Operations, and Sales leadership to optimize opportunities and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years counter experience and/or inside sales experience in automotive aftermarket parts industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Parts City Auto Parts Affiliate program to solicit, recruit and develop new business.
• Expand distribution of the Parts City affiliate program through new markets and store changeovers.
• Represent Ozark Automotive/O'Reilly Auto Parts in sales growth and ethical business practices.
• Identify growth opportunities in our distribution network and coordinate with Real Estate, DC Operations, and Sales teams.
• Travel 3–4 weeks per month and coordinate approved travel schedules with Corporate Travel.
• Prepare weekly travel schedules and prospect activity reports for Field Sales Management.
