Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to inspire the team, support customers, and grow the business with integrity.

The role requires understanding store and automotive systems, strong parts knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and project tasks for DIY and professional customers. The GM will develop and maintain professional customer relationships, achieve financial targets, and uphold service and appearance standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in business preferred.
• 2–3 years managing a team of 10–20 in retail.
• Proven profitability and strong business acumen.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; hold team accountable.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead on-duty tasks, safety and process execution.
• Drive change management and inclusive work environment.
