Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a General Manager to lead store operations with a focus on sales growth and exceptional customer service. You will manage professional customer relationships, drive revenue, and ensure inventory and service standards are met on a busy retail floor.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling experience, and the ability to coach a diverse team across DIY and Professional segments. A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred, with ASE certification optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related area.
• Proven experience in retail management and driving profitability.
