Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in automotive parts sales or service.
• Technical knowledge of automotive components and vehicle systems.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and diagrams.
• Solid computer skills for navigating inventory management software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with ADP or CDK systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist service technicians in identifying and sourcing the exact parts needed for vehicle repairs.
• Greet customers arriving at the parts counter with a smile, answering their questions and providing helpful solutions.
• Maintain an organized inventory by managing shipments, stocking shelves, and performing regular counts.
• Process special orders for unique parts and follow up with customers once the items arrive.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure all necessary supplies are staged for upcoming appointments.
• Keep the workspace tidy, safe, and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.
