Responsibilities

• Assists customers in selecting required parts over the counter, in shop, or on the phone.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials to showcase full product line.
• Answers phone calls, provides price quotes and other information.
• Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts needing attention.
• Follows up on back-ordered parts.
• Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
• Ensures all charge sales are signed and customers receive invoices.
• Keeps current on new products and updates.
