Mancan is seeking a Counter Person for an auto mechanic shop. The role serves as the main touchpoint for customers from drop-off to pick-up, greeting patrons, documenting service needs, and coordinating with technicians to ensure a smooth visit.

Responsibilities include creating repair orders, communicating estimates and timelines, handling payments, and keeping the front counter organized. Prior experience in a shop setting is helpful, with basic automotive knowledge and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Create repair orders and accurately document requested services.
• Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with mechanics and shop staff regarding vehicle status.
• Order, receive, and distribute parts as needed.
• Process payments, invoices, and basic cash register transactions.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and office area.
