Round Rock Toyota is seeking a Front Parts Counter Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role supports retail and wholesale customers, service department staff, and ensures timely parts and accessories are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree and 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• ASE/ iCar certifications or manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers and service department technicians with parts and accessories.
• Sell required parts in a timely fashion and support customers in person, by phone, or via other channels.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in parts lookup, stocking, and processing transactions.
