Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree and 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• ASE/ iCar certifications or manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers and service department technicians with parts and accessories.
• Sell required parts in a timely fashion and support customers in person, by phone, or via other channels.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in parts lookup, stocking, and processing transactions.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one year's experience working in the service drive or at an auto parts retailer or wholesaler.
