Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• ASE or i-Car certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves purchased parts from inventory; checks availability and submits orders as needed.
• Answers phone calls, provides price quotes, and assists customers.
• Assists walk-in customers in accurately selecting required parts.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and replenishes shelves daily.
• Coordinates with service drive to ensure timely turnaround of parts.
