In this fast-paced dealership environment you will use electronic catalogs, VINs, and diagrams to source parts, process orders, and ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining strong customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in automotive parts sales or dealership service.
• Strong automotive systems knowledge and part numbering.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-first communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting with parts inquiries and orders.
• Identify parts using VINs, catalogs, and diagrams; source hard-to-find parts.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Stock and organize inventory; perform cycle counts and audits.
• Collaborate with Service Department to minimize wait times.
