Job summary

NAPA seeks a Counter Sales Associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts and answers at the counter and over the phone. You’ll use your knowledge to assist teammates and ensure a positive, energetic shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Background in automotive parts or related industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive store experiences.
• Greet customers and help them with rapid, accurate service in a fast-paced setting.
