Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver's License with driving record acceptable
• Background checks and drug screening may be required
• Lift test may be required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers (retail, shop) in selecting required parts.
• Educate customers on companion parts and full product line.
• Provide price quotes and information via calls and in person.
• Verify parts against shop estimates and align pricing with estimates.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and manage out-of-stock parts.
• Notify parts manager of critical stock issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with body shop for part delivery and arrival.
