Job summary

Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Counter Sales Associate in Weston, WV. You will greet customers, help them find the right auto parts, and provide friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced store.

The role pays $12.80 per hour. We offer benefits including medical, vision, dental coverage, paid time off, holidays, employee discounts, and optional earned wage access. This position supports both retail and wholesale customers and requires standing for long periods and light lifting.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to assist customers in finding auto parts.
• Cash handling and basic POS procedures.
• Experience in retail or auto parts environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store and meet sales targets.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and giving product information.
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide support as needed.
• Stay updated on new products and changes in automotive technology.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
