Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. is seeking a responsible Full-Time Counter Sales Associate in West Virginia to help customers find the right auto parts and provide excellent service. You’ll work in a team-focused environment and engage with both retail and wholesale customers to meet their parts needs.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate transactions, and staying current on automotive products and trends, with opportunities for growth in a local community store.

Formación

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with no major violations and no disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and providing product information.
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and provide support as needed.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and changes in automotive technology.
