Job summary

Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Counter Sales Associate to help customers find the right auto parts and provide excellent service. The role involves assisting retail and wholesale customers, handling payments, processing orders, and staying updated on products and trends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license with no major violations and no disqualifying convictions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles

• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable Full-Time Counter Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Pay Rate

• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, and providing information on products
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering
• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions

• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and changes in automotive technology

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an auto parts store or automotive industry or hobby/DIY world preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for navigation and communication
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for multiple hours at a time.
