• The Store Counterperson is responsible for day-to-day store operations and ensuring objectives are realized in line with the company values.
• Ensure sales levels meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Maintain a safe and respectful store environment for associates and customers.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising as assigned; provide high levels of customer service and handle customers’ orders.
• Familiar with computerized systems including parts catalog, inventory control, invoicing and credit systems.
