Job summary

Fisher Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Counterperson in Waynesboro, PA. You will handle day-to-day operations, assist customers, maintain store displays, and support sales growth while upholding safety and courtesy in a fast-paced wholesale/retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. ASE certification is a plus. Email [e-mail] for applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 3 satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report must be obtained and maintained.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not necessary at time of hire.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily store operations and meet job objectives aligned with company values.
• Ensure sales levels meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Maintain a safe, respectful store environment for associates and customers.
