Job summary

The Parts Authority is a leading automotive parts distributor with 300+ locations nationwide, seeking an Auto Parts Counter Professional to drive inside sales and build lasting customer relationships in California.

You will report to the Store Manager, close sales, provide accurate quotes, and help customers find the right parts while collaborating with vendors to obtain the best deals. A minimum of 3 years counter sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in counter sales in a competitive market.
• Excellent phone skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and attentive tone.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in wholesale auto parts sales in the aftermarket is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build lasting relationships.
• Close sales to achieve goals and drive growth.
• Provide accurate quotes and follow up to place orders.
