Mygrant Glass in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers, handling calls, processing orders and payments, and ensuring accurate, timely service.

You’ll support returns, account management, inventory coordination, and liaise with colleagues to maintain Mygrant’s high standards of service and operational excellence. Prior retail or auto parts counter experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or auto parts counter experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Mansioni

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and checks with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory - interacting with operation warehouse inventory control.
• Interact with customers via telephone and in-person providing information and assistance.
• Manage customer accounts with discretion and elevate customer concerns as needed.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure a solution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Managelarge amountsof incoming phone calls.
• Develop working knowledge of the evolving products and services to better serve customers.
