Job description

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, confirming their arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will follow all guidelines according to Caliber and OEM standards using our advanced equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in order completion; vendor management preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders, and estimates.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
