Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor/scheduling alignment, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Execute or oversee opening and closing routines.
• Handle administrative tasks and performance tracking.
• Monitor store metrics and solve operational trends.
• Provide leadership, training and performance management for store functions.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Drive adherence to safety and asset protection.
