Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Person at our Easton, MD location. This role involves ordering, stocking, and billing automotive parts, assisting customers and technicians, and maintaining organized inventory in a busy, modern parts department.

We offer a competitive pay plan with growth opportunities in a large dealer group. Prior dealership parts experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record is required

Qualifications

• 1-2 years automotive dealership parts experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, stock, and bill automotive parts.
• Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts needs.
• Maintain organized inventory and parts storage areas.
• Complete inventory counts and record keeping.
• Handle parts pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Keep the parts department clean and organized.
