Job summary

Lithia Motors seeks a Parts Advisor for Kia of Covington Pike in Memphis. You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, assist customers with parts orders, and coordinate with service to ensure timely parts for repairs.

Responsibilities include accurate invoicing in ADP, stockroom upkeep, and processing returns. A strong eye for detail and a valid driver's license are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18+ required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers professionally.
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone, in person or email.
• Assist customers by answering questions and taking parts orders.
• Maintain clean counter, work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team and order parts from suppliers.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts; check quantities and costs.
• Process core returns and warranties as needed.
