Job summary

PepsiCo in Dayville, CT is hiring for a 2nd shift palletizing operator. You will operate automated palletizing equipment, program product codes, and monitor case counts to ensure stable, accurate pallets. Follow strict Lockout/Tagout safety protocols and use conveyors to move finished goods along the line.

Your role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being comfortable with hands-on, fast-paced work throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift 15–50 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Able to climb/bend/stretch for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated palletizing equipment.
• Program product codes and validate case counts; adjust as production needs.

• Set up palletizing boards; ensure accurate conveyor flow of finished goods.
• Use computer terminals to input or request production information.
