Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking team members to load and unload pallets, operate a forklift after training, and move cases to support distribution for popular brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos.

You will work Sundays and Fridays with additional days based on business needs, starting at 7:00 am and finishing around 3:00 pm, in Akron, OH. Expect an energetic, safety‑driven setting with on‑the‑job and classroom training.

Qualifications

• You are 18+ years old and can lift 15–50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• You can stand and walk for extended periods and perform climbing, bending, reaching, and stretching as needed.
• Willing to work Sundays and Fridays, holidays, and off shifts; training provided for forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload pallets and cases to/from trailers.
• Select cases per order using required tech.
• Operate forklift after training and certification.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
• Support safe handling of products like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to keep the supply chain running.
