Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in a production shop setting. You will assist the Auto Painter, prepare vehicles for painting, sand and buff as needed, and help maintain the paint booth and workspace to ensure smooth workflow.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to Caliber/OEM standards using modern equipment. Eligible candidates may receive medical benefits and overtime depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure workflow.
• Perform sanding and buffing and assist with maintenance of paint booth/workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
