Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper at the Fort Worth - Southwest service center to assist the paint team by preparing vehicles, sanding and buffing, and keeping the booth clean and organized.

You will support the Auto Painter to ensure a smooth workflow, adhering to Caliber and OEM standards in a safe, efficient shop. Requires 1+ year experience in paint operations, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber insurance policy.
• Nice to have: prior collision experience or Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff surfaces as part of prep and finishing.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace in a clean, safe condition.
• Repair vehicles in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
