Job summary

Caliber Collision in Matthews, NC is looking for an Auto Painter Helper to assist the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting. The role involves sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace while ensuring adherence to Caliber and OEM standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with Auto Painter
• Sanding and buffing as needed and maintain paint booth/workspace
• Repair vehicles in line with Caliber and OEM standards using approved equipment
