Job summary

Caliber Collision Mesa - Gateway is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to assist the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting and keeping the workflow efficient. You will sand, buff, and help maintain the paint booth and workspace while ensuring work is completed to Caliber and OEM standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paint operations experience in a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for Caliber insurance.
• Collision experience or Vo-Tech certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting with Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff surfaces and maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Assist with repairs to meet Caliber and OEM standards.
