Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hollister, MO, is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in coordination with the Auto Painter. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to support smooth production.

This role offers competitive pay ($28-29 per hour), weekly pay, overtime eligibility, benefits from day one, and opportunities for training (I-CAR and ASE) and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow.
• Sand and buff surfaces and maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
