Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Grand Junction, CO to assist the Auto Painter by preparing vehicles for painting and maintaining the paint booth and workspace.

You will sand, buff, and help ensure work flows efficiently while following Caliber and OEM standards with our modern equipment. A minimum of 1+ year experience in paint operations and a valid driver's license is required; training and overtime options are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand, buff, and maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
• Follow Caliber and OEM guidelines with state-of-the-art equipment.
