Caliber Collision in Grafton, WI seeks an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in coordination with the Auto Painter. Duties include sanding and buffing and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to support a smooth workflow.

Requirements include 1+ year experience in paint operations in a collision center, being at least 18, and a valid driver's license. Nice-to-have: prior collision experience or Vo-Tech certification.

Duties may include sanding and buffing and maintenance of paint booth and workspace.
