Primary Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality and completeness upon arrival in the paint department
• Mix, color match, and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition using paint management software
• Complete all refinish operations as per work order
• Maintain paint material inventory efficiently
• Use and maintain safety equipment, dispose of hazardous waste properly
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines

Position Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automotive/truck/bus spray painting
• High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
• I-CAR or ASE training preferred
• Basic computer skills for logging work orders
