Job summary

DeVivo Companies in Randolph, MA seeks an entry-level Auto Paint Prepper for our body shop on an alternative shift. You will prepare vehicles for the repair process, supporting technicians while learning the business and growing your career.

Responsibilities include washing, masking, identifying imperfections, and keeping the workspace clean. 1+ year experience and a high school diploma required; I-CAR/ASE training preferred. We offer paid factory training and room to grow within the company.

• High school diploma, trade school or equivalent.
• I-CAR or ASE training preferred.

• Prepare vehicles properly for paint, including washing, taping, masking, etc.
• Identify imperfections
• Rub and polish completed vehicles
• Assist technician in other areas as assigned
• Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
• Work closely with coworkers to meet deadlines
• Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
• Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.
