Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be integral to servicing vehicles along with a supportive crew and solid benefits from day one, including an ASE certification pathway and ongoing training.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage with part-time and full-time options. You will work in a fast-paced retail maintenance environment that values safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn automotive tasks.
• Must possess a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry is preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
