Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is looking for an Auto Maintenance Tech I to perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. The position includes a $1,500 New Hire Tool Bonus and a sign-on bonus with great pay and benefits.

You will perform oil/filter changes, inspections, battery testing, and diagnose brakes, steering, and electrical systems, while adhering to safety rules and using approved vendors for parts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current ASE Certifications: G1, A4, A5 status when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform light to intermediate auto maintenance and repairs.
• Oil and filter changes, fluids, and vehicle inspections.
• Test electrical systems and replace batteries as needed.
• Diagnose brake, suspension and steering issues.
• Maintain shop safety and use approved vendors for parts.
