Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other case-related documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and provide clients with legal advice.
